Quaker Geometric Puzzle
Cross stitch chart
Quaker samplers typically have some arrangement of motifs that provide a pleasing layout. This chart uses bits and pieces of Quaker motifs in a symmetrical arrangement called a mandala. I call it a Quaker puzzle, as the motifs interlock like a jigsaw.
It's charted for DMC, and shown stitched in a very autumnal palette on Attic Lace 32 count linen by Lakeside Linens. It would look very nice converted to silks or done in an alternate selection of colors.
235 x235 stitch count.
If you got one of the copies from the first print run the stitch count on the back was incorrect. ~so sorry!~
